You can create your user profile below. Through this, you can access the data of your own team and the teams you have recruited.

The handling of the data provided and entered into the system is governed by our Data Management Policy. Our basic principle is that the data provided here will not be passed on to third parties, and the values and results provided by team members will always be aggregated and anonymously summarized.

The user profile becomes active upon conclusion of the contract and payment of the system usage fee.

Choose this option if you work as an HR person in the organization, or if there is no such position, you coordinate individual and organizational development processes.

Choose this option if you participate in development processes as a team coach or as an external professional developing a team.

Choose this option if you lead the team or organization to be registered, or if you have been authorized to register by the team.
