Coach, mental health and organizational development professional, NVC trainer, and originally an economist by training. I have over 10 years of leadership experience, over 10 years as a trainer, have selected more than 300 people, conducted over 600 hours of coaching, and have been involved in numerous institutional, nonprofit, and for-profit organizational development and team coaching processes.
In 2004, during my studies in mental health and organizational development, I realized that everything I had done up to that point revolved around human well-being—especially the well-being of individuals and groups within organizations. From that moment on, I consciously chose organizational development as the direction for my professional path and tailored my training accordingly. At the time, I was in a leadership position, heading a department I had established within a large state-run organization. Since the birth of my children, I have worked as a freelancer. Connecting different social actors, fostering mutual understanding of differing perspectives, and creating and supporting spaces for shared thinking have become increasingly important to me, which is why I actively participate in the operation of foundations.
My team coach training also became a creative intellectual workshop for me: a shared, systematizing way of thinking began with my colleague Eszter Édelmann, which, alongside many valuable development processes, resulted in the creation of the Team Inventory. In addition to drawing on the coach’s presence in the moment, it is especially important to me to lead analytical, well-reasoned processes, where data can describe the indescribable and name the previously unnameable. The Team Inventory provides a data-driven starting point for dialogue with the client, helping to more effectively plan the direction and arc of development processes.
“My mission is that organisations’ culture is based on efficiency and partnership where people love contributing.”

I am an economist, an executive management coach, an organizational development team coach, and a system-oriented family constellation facilitatorplanning leader. I spoke Hebrew, Russian and English at a high level already when I was a teenager. For me, the beauty of thinking and creating in foreign languages lies in the transformation of the content. I perceive data, samples, content, which I filter through myself and give back in a different range of interpretation so that it can be interpreted by others.
The excitement of transforming words and meanings is now given by the transformation of people and relationships, as we share the information available here and now with the client individually or as a team, step by step transforming the current ways into the desired form.
I believe that we can change what we have knowledge about. To gain insight, we develop the Team Inventory based on our own theory, which involves the measurement aspects of a team's work that are considered new.
I believe that the professional identity of a person cannot be separated from the whole, therefore being able show ones authentic self and be able to express oneself in a group is a priority.
