  • At first, team coaching seemed unfamiliar to our team of IT professionals,

    but with the help of these professional coaches, we quickly engaged with the process. Issues and questions that concerned team members but rarely surfaced in daily operations came to light.   • The Team Inventory provided insights that were previously unknown to us.

    As a leader, it helped dispel my unfounded doubts and confirmed that the team functions well in certain areas and that my leadership approach is effective.
