General Terms and Conditions for the Use of the Team Compass Team Inventory

Valid from 2024.05.07 until withdrawn.

  1. I.Introduction
  2. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "GTC") govern the use of the Team Compass Team Inventory service (hereinafter: "Service") provided by the Team Compass Data Controllers. By registering for and using the Service, Users (individuals or companies) agree to comply with these GTC.
  3. II.Definitions
  4. •User: Any natural or legal person who registers to use the Service.
  5. •Data Controller: Nyitott Világ Betéti Társaság and Édelmann Eszter Zsófia, jointly responsible for data management related to the Service.
  6. •Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, such as name and email address.
  7. •Service: The Team Compass Team Inventory application and related functionalities.
  8. III.Description of the Service
  9. The Service enables team assessment and development through responses collected via questionnaires. The Team Compass Team Inventory prepares analysis based on data provided by the User(s). Data is collected anonymously to ensure that personal information is not explicitly identifiable during the team evaluation process. The Service is intended for organizational development purposes.
  10. IV.Registration and Use
  11. 4.1.Users must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
  12. 4.2.Both companies and individual users may use the Service.
  13. 4.3.Users are responsible for keeping their access credentials confidential and for all activities performed via their account.
  14. V.Data Processing and Privacy
  15. 5.1.The Service processes personal data according to the Privacy Policy effective from May 7, 2024, available on the Team Compass website.
  16. 5.2.The main data processed are the names and email addresses of Users and their team members.
  17. 5.3.The legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controllers in providing the Service and fulfilling contractual obligations.
  18. 5.4.Personal data will be stored for one year from the date the team assessment is prepared.
  19. 5.5.Users have rights to exercise data protection rights such as access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, data portability, detailed in the Privacy Policy.
  20. VI.User Obligations
  21. 6.1.Users must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and these GTC.
  22. 6.2.Misuse of the Service or submission of unlawful or harmful data is prohibited.
  23. 6.3.Users are responsible for the confidential management of their account data.
  24. VII.Liability
  25. Team Compass is not liable for damages resulting from improper use by Users or unauthorized access. Liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct is not excluded.
  26. VIII.Modification of Terms
  27. Team Compass reserves the right to modify these GTC unilaterally. Users will be informed of changes by publication on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
  28. IX.Contact and Legal Matters
  29. 9.1.Users may contact the Data Controllers at info@teamcompass.hu or e.edelmann@gmail.com for data protection issues.
  30. 9.2.The competent court for disputes is either the court at the Data Controllers' seat or the court of the User’s residence, at the User’s choice.
